Miami is home base for Floors More Construction, so city projects get the quickest estimates and the shortest wait for an install date. We work in high-rise condos in Brickell and Edgewater, older block homes in Little Havana and Little River, and commercial spaces all over town.

Many Miami homes still have original terrazzo or ceramic tile, and the slabs underneath are rarely flat. We remove the old tile and thinset, level the concrete with mortar or self-leveling compound, and then install waterproof luxury vinyl, laminate, or hardwood that sits flat for years.
